Who we are

About Level Two

We've been at the heart of youth services in Felixstowe for over 30 years, helping young people aged 7–25 build confidence, find support and reach their potential.

Our mission

Why we exist

"To promote the welfare of young people (age 7–25) living in Felixstowe and surrounding villages, through supportive relationships and positive experiences, designed to enhance their personal and social development."

Everything we do flows from this mission. Whether it's mentoring, counselling, holiday activities or outreach — every service is built around the needs of the young people we serve and the communities they live in.

Our story

Level Two Youth Project has been a cornerstone of Felixstowe's community for over three decades. Founded to address a gap in local youth provision, we've grown from a small project into the primary youth service in the town.

Over the years we've adapted our services to meet changing needs — from targeted mentoring and counselling to holiday activities, outreach work and specialist support for young carers and home-educated young people.

Throughout, our commitment has remained the same: every young person in Felixstowe and the surrounding villages deserves access to high-quality, free support that helps them grow, connect and thrive.
